Hill Scott Corporation (“HSC”) operates its private family-office treasury, securities custody, finance, and internal clearing functions pursuant to its corporate governing documents, bylaws, internal policies, participant agreements, and the MADIBA framework.

HSC's clearing and custody activities are conducted on a private, restricted basis for authorized participants and affiliated parties. HSC does not operate a public securities exchange or solicit participation from the general public. Its internal clearing rules establish the rights, obligations, due-diligence requirements, custody procedures, settlement procedures, reconciliation requirements, and other operating conditions applicable among participating affiliates.
