What is a Stock Subscription?

Stock subscription is MADIBA stock planning tool for sponsored community investment programs or projects, where community program return program profit income to residents weekly, monthly, or annually.

The stock investment subscription give on ongoing value and loyalty in community investing and shifting from one-time investment to consistent increase in revenue. This means that the community investment provides resident investors the opportunity, to invest residually and over a period of time within community development programs and projects.

This structure guarantees that residential investors will gain ownership of the stock, and once community programs generate a profit, all residential investors will receive an agreed-upon profit.

Real World Community Investing

These are actual shares given to residents as investors. and as Investors they receive a real return on investment (ROI), which may be subject to a vesting period and taxation. Once the shares are vested—meaning they have been earned or fully acquired—the investor owns them outright and can either sell them or hold them as part of their investment portfolio.

How Does it Work?

Members will elect HSC as their community investment authority by registering with MADIBA and purchasing a stock subscription plan and becoming a online community members and program or project investors; which they will receive actual shares of stock, which may be subject to a vesting period. When the programs generate a profit, shareholders are paid dividends as part of their vested or invested compensation package.

Issuing Stock

Here is how MADIBA solutions help community programs to use post development to fund and own early-stage startups:

Step 1: Defining the “Community Shares”

Instead of a faceless global stock market, the community startup defines its shares based on local tangible assets or initial production milestones.

For Example:

  • A local program startup needs $50,000 to buy its equipment and first batch of products.
  • The startup issues 500 Community Shares priced at $100 each.
  • Anyone in the neighborhood can buy in, meaning everyday people provide the raw capital to get the business off the ground.

Step 2: The Profit-Sharing Mechanism

The community program structures the investment as a Revenue-Share Note or Local Dividend:

  • The Retail Sale: The startup program sells its product or service to resident or non resident consumers.
  • The Community Payout: Every quarter, a set percentage of gross retail sales (e.g., 5% of every unit sold) is set aside.
  • Investor Reward: That cash pool is distributed back to the community investors based on how many shares they own, giving them a direct return on local economic activity.

Step 3: Governance and True Ownership

Because this is an equity program, everyday investors aren’t just giving a donation; they get a seat at the table.

  • Voting Rights: Each community member gets a vote on major decisions, like opening a second location or hiring a manager.
  • The Resale (Principal Return): If the community program grows and eventually wants to buy back the community’s shares to go completely private, or if another investor wants to buy out the neighborhood, your shares are resold at their new, increased value.
Return On Investment

Return on Investment (ROI) funds will be provided only when share are sold back to the community program or project after the subscription term.

For example if a resident members purchase a $35 stock subscription for 12 months would be a 12 shares of stock as $420 invested. If the stock value increases 20% the investor $420 increases to in at The program receives 60% of community development funds; however, 100% is reinvested into low-income communities as a reserve allocation.
