It also refers to secure, verifiable digital certificates and badges used to instantly prove professional underwriting and development with <a href=\"https:\/\/hillscott.com\/madiba\/radc\/\">RADC Benefits<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A <strong>MADIBA<\/strong> digital certificate is a small computer file. It is used to establish a relation between both the members and their public keys. A digital certificate contains three key things, i.e. the name of the member, their value, and public key. So that Treasury Bank data center can identify that the particular key belongs to the particular user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The information secured by a digital certificate contains is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Program Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other data like email, phone, etc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Issuer name: Sponsor or Program <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Public key<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serial number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid from date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid to date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Source of Value<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CA <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-coblocks-dynamic-separator is-style-fullwidth\" style=\"height:131px\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>MADIBA<\/strong>369 Certificate of Authority<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The administrator confirms and certifies the <strong>MADIBA<\/strong> completion as an online reference data and Certificate of Authority. A&nbsp;<strong>Certificate of Authority<\/strong>&nbsp;is a formal legal document (e.g., a &#8220;Certificate of Good Standing&#8221; or &#8220;International Qualification&#8221;) issued by the program, allowing issuers to operate under a certified authority for clearing and settlement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Purpose:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Authenticate investment records<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify issued credentials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digitally sign certifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Validate investment completion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protect record integrity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-coblocks-dynamic-separator is-style-fullwidth\" style=\"height:54px\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 1 &#8211; Key Generation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this step, a key is generated. A key can be generated using two approaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Approach 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members can create a private and public key pair using the software. Members must keep their private key secret. A member sends the public key with additional information to the Corporate Registered Administrator (CRA) as an intermediate between the <strong>MADIBA<\/strong> and the member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Approach 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A CRA generates a key pair for a user. The possibility of this approach is needed when the user is unaware of the technical and software knowledge. The disadvantage of this approach is CRA can find out the private key of the member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-coblocks-dynamic-separator is-style-fullwidth\" style=\"height:121px\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 2<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>Registration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This step is required only if the member generates the pair of keys. If a CRA generates the pair of a key for the students, then key registration is done in the 1st step only. A member sends his\/her public key and some other information to the CRA. This software provides a wizard where members enter details and submit. Then the data travel through the network and reach the CRA. After that students request for the certificate will be registered, and the format for the certificate request will be standardized. This process is called a CSR (Certificate Signing request).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-coblocks-dynamic-separator is-style-fullwidth\" style=\"height:121px\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 3<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>Certificate Signing Request CSR<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Certificate Signing Request (CSR) is <mark>an encoded text file sent to <\/mark>the program managers<mark> to apply for a digital SSL\/TLS certificate<\/mark>. It contains member&#8217;s identifying information (like personal name, domain name and company details) and your public key, which is verifies and uses to issue your certificate<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-coblocks-dynamic-separator is-style-fullwidth\" style=\"height:121px\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 4 \u2013 Verification<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the registration process is complete, CRA identifies the member credentials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-coblocks-dynamic-separator is-style-fullwidth\" style=\"height:121px\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 5 \u2013 Certificate Creation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After all the above-mentioned processes were completed, CRA passed all the details to the administrator. The administration electronically cross-verifies all the details and generates a digital certificate for the member. The Treasury Bank sends the certificate to the member and keeps one copy of that to keep the records.
