Treasury Deposit Account
A Treasury Deposit Account TDA is a “Trust Bank Account” that is linked to HSC’s Treasury Bank Portal. Its primary purpose is to optimize CIT by automatically transferring — or “sweeping” — them into a FBO Community investment Account held with banking partners.
Community Investments Accounts
Community Investment accounts are “FBO Bank account” as DDA that gives residents an opportunity to invest money, time, or resources within HSC community investment treasuries; with the expectation of gaining a return or benefit, such as investing in stocks or real estate.
Type of Account:
Resident can begin investing by electing to receive benefit for Community Investment Program or Entity and HSC as their community investment authority and its administrator as their community investment fund managers..

HSC provides investment products and services that support qualified community activities that complement the Community Re-Investment Act (CRA) with the following benefits:
