Understanding HSC Clearing

Hill Scott Corporation offers direct custodial and liquidation of family investment securities on behalf of its members and associates, using electronic payments and bank communication. It ensures its service and assets through private commercial surety, guarantee of agreement, and assurance of net settlement. Its members engage in proprietary and commercial trade on an exclusive basis on their own behalf in compliance with International and United States Commerce Trade 15 USC § 78c.
